FIELD MACHINING SERVICES

Heavy duty line boring and bore welding services for diameters up to 80" inches. We can rebush, weld and bore, or simply bore journals, housings, articulated machinery joints, precision machinery, custom tooling, etc. We use specialty precision tooling allowing our technicians to work in spaces too tight for most others. 

Typically, we provide these services to Heavy Earth Moving Machinery, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and Marine applications.

Precision field machining and milling services for your critical mating surfaces, such as pump and motor mounts. We are capable of machining components up to 180 inches long. Typical tolerances are 0.005" per 12 inch, however fully capable of hitting 0.002" per 12" for specific applications (such as API motor and pump mounts). Using state of the art optical alignment tooling, paired with optical scopes, we are able to ensure that we can bring your pump and motor skids to within tolerances set forth in API 610 

ONSITE field machining and flange facing services with both inside diameter and outside diameter mounts. We are able to offer flange facing services for the smallest, and largest flanges. B16.5, B16.47, and customer Appendix 2 flange machining meeting your required surface finish. Typical surfaces would be smooth, phonographic (spiral serrated), concentric serrated, or custom surfacing requirements.

Using field machining for circular milling technology capable of milling up to 200 inch diameter, we are able to offer versatile machining services for heavy industrial applications. 

Using both electric and hand scraping methods, we are able to offer 40 points per inch hand scraping services and flatness to within 0.00015" / ft.
